"Welcome to the final release of Froyo, by the CCRoms team, which means you guessed it, we're switching gears to Gingerbread after this release. With this release we managed to get the Evo/Emerald going as intended(sorry for the wait.) The Galaxy S style pulldown power widget has been...
I replaced the cyanogen music all with the miui app a few days ago and forgot to backup the stock music app from the latest cyanogenmod. The miui app was a flashable .zip, so it replaced the stock music app. Anyone have the apk or a flashable .zip of the cyan music app I can use? I'd rather save...
Cyanogenmod 6.1.2 for D1 HERE
About to install it myself over 6.1
"This is an AOSP-based build with extra contributions from many people which you can use without any type of Google applications. I found a link from some other project that can be used to restore the Google parts, which can...
I'm running Sapphire 1.1.1 and like it so far. Coming from Cyanogen, I'm mostly interested in the music volume rocker controls for skipping through songs when the screen is off. I know the problem with Sapphire has typically been that the volume rocker controls sometimes continually skip through...
I just got a Voyager Pro bluetooth headset and it seems the in ear volume is too low even at max volume. Any hack to get the volume louder through the Droid? I'm on CM 6.0.
My droid is running CM 6 with a fresh jdlfg kernel. When the phone rings and I try to answer the call, the slider isn't very responsive. It takes about 3 or 4 tries to get it to accept. Any solutions?
So far I've tried raising the lowest cpu frequency as well as switching the kernel from the...
I've seen this type of comment a few times lately and it's got me wondering if I should take the time to delete the stock launcher. I'm using LauncherPro, FYI.
From Chevy:
"If you DO use another launcher, use my tools to DELETE the stock Launcher2 (it will back up to SD). Otherwise, it will...
I'm running BB V.4 and have tested it with both chevy's lowv and low kernels and different speeds and keep having the same problem. A few times a day my screen jumps around like crazy like it's been taken over by someone else. It openes a ton of apps and drags down and back up the notification...
I just saw Chevy's new kernal's have the option of downloading TUN with them in ROM Manager. What is this and why would I need it?
*What IS TUN...not us.
Just saw this and thought it was pretty funny.

A Verizon rep. told them that the DROID doesn't have the hardware capable of producing a wifi hotspot. I beg to differ...
I'm running the latest Cyanogenmod froyo and I need to format my SD card. I have about 2 GB worth of unaccounted for space I need. When I go into SD card in settings the Format SD Card option is greyed out. I checked the apps installed on my SD card and there are none.
I tried running the ported HTC music app from xda yesterday on my BB v4 and got FC's. I'd love to have this on my phone since it plays genre's. Anybody have any success with this or have an updated verison ready for froyo?
Also, is there a way to get the CyanogenMod volume up/down music...
I installed DroidMod (ages ago) on my brothers Droid and haven't bothered bringing him up to speed on the new stuff. What would be the easiest and surefire way to get him current? Basically, he's running rooted 2.0.1. Think I should just sit and wait for Durden to update?
Droidmod has a new post up about their "Durden" project being nearly ready. Kernels aren't working properly yet and market apps aren't playing nice. But it's close.
Is Droidmod going to make a comeback?

I like and use the low voltage 800 mhz "jdlfg" kernel, but am wondering why 400 mhz is as low as I can set it for sleep/standby. I thought I had read somewhere that their work on the 400mhz slot sipped as much power as the 250mhz on others. Anybody know something about this? I'm looking to keep...
