Excuse the n00b but do ROMs already have the kernel built in? The 1st post said it was overclocked to 800+ with his kernel. Is that kernel built in to this ROM? If not, what do I need to do to get it?

for some reason neither safari nor firefox will retrieve the url for the rom itself from multiupload. Could anyone pm me and email me the rom?

Dig the rom. I normally use WW4.6 but decided to give this one a try. Ive used WW with JIT on and it ran really slow so I leave it off. With this rom, however, the JIT run perfectly smooth, or maybe it just seems that way. Who knows? Im keeping it on my phone but I just cant tear myself away from WW. The best rom ive used so far

Andrizoid-whats the name of the kernel on WW4.6? Mine says Computador or something to that effect. Is that the correct one

should be computadora-de-ken. thats my kernel. i still need to compile that kernel for the MELFAS touchscreen driver.

depends what tsupdate you flashed or if your using conaps kernel.
yours should probably say bill@conap or something.

the stock kernel is computadora-de-ken.

Because I certainly can't OC to 864, so I don't have your kernel. Is that because of the whole MELFAS thing?

yea. my kernel-OCd to 864-only works with the syn!@#$ touvhscreen driver. i have the patch and the source, i just need to put it all together. hop on gchat and ill compile the new kernel and have you test it all for me. sound good? i can try and explain some of what it all means too lol.

When I get a text and pull down the notification bar the font is in white not black so i cant get a preview.. This also does this when i have an app open.. I can't find which one it is in spare parts.. Help?

its one of the notifications. i have my phone unrooted right now though so i cant check. just play around with it. remember that color changes take a reboot to take effect

I have a question. I searched a bit, but didn't come up with anything, so just direct me to a link if someone already answered. Is there a a way to disable the data connection so that it will just use "2g" or "1x" or whatever network it is that only handles phone calls and sms? The widgets I find on the market won't work for cdma networks (verizon right? Which I have) and I couldn't find an option like there was with the stock OS under menu>settings>wireless & networks Thanks for any help guys!

Can you upload an Apk file of that keyboard in the screenshot? I'm running white widow 4.6 and it's not in that ROM and I really liked using that keyboard.
