Im the IT guy at my job in nyc and i myself have an evo and have had no issues with it whatsoever. However one of my users in the office recently picked up a droid and handed in his word issued blackberry. The issue im having is that after setting up the exchange account on his droid, once he signs out of outlook and shuts his computer down he doesnt receive any emails. I thought he was crazy until i actually saw it do it myself. I tried resetting the phone, re-doing his exchange settings. Nothing works...i even delected the blackberry account he had on bes as well. Exchange works fine on my evo (granted i have sense) and the only thing i havent done is restart my mail server which i dont have intentions on doing. Anyone have any thoughts on this? i cant find anything on the net for this specific issue and the next thing im going to try is touchdown for exchange and see if that helps.
