Apple iPhone 4 vs. Samsung Captivate vs. Evo 4G - Yahoo! Shopping

Apparently the iPhone is the best out there. I could hardly stand to read this,

"For $200, both the iPhone 4 and Captivate deliver 16GB of internal storage, while the Evo 4G comes with only 8GB, putting it out of the running right from the start."

They don't even account that you can upgrade..

"Clearly, the paperweight Evo 4G is a nonstarter here, but finding the winner among the two phones left standing isn

**Let me preface what I'm saying with the comment that I am not interested in any of the three phones compared here.**

Reading your post, I was ready to all the bias fanboy flag on the article. Then I read the article and realized that in context everything they said is accurate and makes sense.

The Evo is a giant phone, thus making it not as good for portability compared to the other two. The Evo, for the same price, comes with less storage. To add more costs more money, making it less of a value as far as storage goes. The Evo also has notoriously bad battery life. It's not a new issue.

So basically, they called it like it is. The Evo isn't that great of a phone, all things considered. They used specific criteria, and chose a winner for that. In terms of size, storage, and battery life the Evo is never going to stand against other offerings out there.

Based on the criteria listed, they at least provide logical arguments for their decision. You could argue that they should have listed the winner as a tie, as both the Captivate and iPhone won an equal number of categories. Even then, they seemed rather positive towards the Captivate.
