NDrive Contest!

Nope, I haven't heard a peep from either Phases or the NDrive support people yet. Starting to make me think twice about actually buying something from these people, if this is how their support is... I'm considering calling them to see if I can get a straight answer from someone, or at least be sure someone is actually listening, but their support number is in Portugal, and I'd rather not have to pay for a phone call to get something for free. Yeah this is getting discouraging. So far I have not heard anything from anyone, not Phases, not AndroidProfessor and not NDrive via their contact us form.

Yeah I agree with you on not having to pay to get something for free. We shouldn't have to be calling Portugal, hopefully one of the private messages or the contact us form will get a reply before we cave in and make the long distance call.

Yeah, pretty much. I sent them (NDrive) another message today, letting them know the situation again, this time just asking for confirmation that they got the message at the very least, but nothing so far (though I didn't expect one yet, really, since I sent it about half an hour before they closed for the day). We'll see how that goes. Luckily through Google Voice the call would only be $0.02/minute, which isn't too ridiculous, but it is the principle of the thing.

By the way, if anyone is reading this and they are from portugal (or have free calling there), feel free to call on our behalf, haha.

I've been following this thread from the beginning, and I know this doesn't help, but I was one of the winners who actually got unlocked maps, and ir really bothers me that someone else didn't. Making it even more inexcusable (IMO) is that on some contest days there weren't even enough participants for them the give away all the prizes. The idea that they aren't keeping their part of the bargain for the prizes they DID award is really insulting.

Have you tried contacting admins other than Phases here?

huh.. strange I swear that I posted that Phases was looking into this for us, but don't see that post.

At any rate I heard back from him this morning and it should be working for us both now!

I wasn't even affected by this, but had some sort of "survivor's guilt", having gotten my prize when others had not. I feel better now.
