I fixed the pause bug thanks to nyydynasty. I've added a new feature: THEMES!

Hey pushapps, I love your theme idea! I'm having great fun with the shark. I know this game is one of total avoidance, but it would be great if you threw in an occasional fish or swimmer for the shark to chomp at for some bloody action....maybe a spin-off game?! Anyway (except for the force closes),...great work with the themes! :cool:

Glad you like the themes. Could you elaborate more on the force closes? :eek:

i noticed that when I use the shark theme, its very sensitive (more so, than compared to the standard theme). Maybe it was just me, but when I hold the screen for about a second, the shark shoots up the screen faster than the heli (on the same difficulty). I'll test it more because maybe it was just me.

I have changed the movement sensitivity because a lot of people were finding the game hard to play. Check out the new version in the market and let me know how it is.

Downloaded new version and no longer any force closes going between themes. This game rocks now with new themes and Practice mode. Control movement is very good now. Overall....Nice! :cool:

While playing the game it was perfect no bugs but when exiting the game it lagged my phone up and it force closed. It could be the game or my phone.

Great, thanks for trying. I appreciate your feedback, could you let me know how you exited the game? Did you just press the home button or click the exit from the menu? The app should be able to exit both ways so I will look through the code to make sure everything is ok.

Which phone are you using? It doesnt come down immediately after you release the screen, it takes some time to switch directions which is what is supposed to make the game interesting because it makes you try and plan in advance. Let me know if this is what you mean, or if you mean that the copter just keeps on going upward...

I'm using the Samsung i5700 (not sure why my signature isn't showing!) The game works most of the time, it's just every so often it doesn't stop going up!

i've come across a similar bug that rusky has, although I'm not able to duplicate it on command. Once in a while, the heli shoots up after letting the screen go and vice versa. If I release my finger, the heli goes down but continues to go down after i press it again. Does not happen all the time and I'm not able to duplicate it on every game. I would say this happens once in every 4-5 games I play.

not sure how you'll be able to troubleshoot that one LOL

Quite an improvement over the initial release. The controls are pretty good now. I do have the problem once in a while of touching the screen and the helicopter still goes down...pretty rare though.

Thanks everyone for the new feedback. I will take a look at the movement closely and try and see if I can find a fix.

I am also working on improving the graphics of the existing themes and adding some new ones

Ok, Ive just released another update. I adjusted the sensitivity a little, please let me know if its giving you the same problem still. Also, a lot of first time installers were getting a null pointer exception to the database which should also be fixed.

Another thing was the theme enabled option wasn't saving properly in the preferences and sometimes themes wouldn't show up which has also been fixed.

I am currently working on some more themes, and definitely need to improve the android theme if anyone wants to help me with that
