Rovio have just released an update to angry Birds (available in the Market), and it now works on the X10 with 1.6.

Downloaded Angry Birds last night and played it for a wee while, also played it at lunch today and all was going well.
Though over the past hour I have tried to open it a few times for a wee shot, only to be greeted by a black screen. I can see the adverts coming up in the top right corner but the game screen is just loading?
Has anyone else been experiencing this problem?

Sadly I haven't found a solution yet, still looking though, so hopefully get it working soon

im on 1.6 and i downloaded the game yesterday .. and its been working well so far .. I hope i dont have any problem later in the game . But the game is Awesome !!!!

The game has been working great for me on vanilla 1.6 firmware. Its a lot of fun and has been draining my battery at a steady pace.
One issue I have had with it, is when I 'multitask' out, ie to take a phone call, check email, when I come back to the game I get a black screen (can still hear the sfx), and have to do a Force Close thru ATK.
Hopefully this is addressed in another update.
I'm very surprised we didn't get the Lite version, instead we get the full version, ad-supported. I'm less likely to pay the $1 now that I already have full access to the game.

im having a similar problem. even if the screen locks or if i leave the game for something i have to kill it with app killer otherwise it bring me back to thepause menu and i cant control it at all, its just frozen there. other than that its god damn addicting.

Since making my posy, it seem's that it is now working again. Haven't done anything to fix it myself, just seems to have started working on it's own...

I've got 3 stars on that level
The way I (think I) did it is to concetrate on knocking over the first tower which then created a dominos effect.
As far a issues with it hanging if you multitask out of it, I get this as well. I just run my task killer and it runs fine again. Also, if you exit out of the game properly by going to the main menu and pressing the back button and saying yes to the exit prompt, then the game starts up fine again the next time.
