Okay, call it what you will, however I am having an issue with this app. Every time I try to load one of the games that I downloaded, it is telling me that I the load is failed because the bios must be specified in the settings. I don't know how to fix this because I was just playing these games fine earlier today. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
Anything would be very appreciated.
Thanks.
uhm i know this may sound STUPID but if it read the post the guy said it worked before. you DO realize that if it worked before, he must have had the bios?uhm i know this may sound STUPID but why not just respecify the bios? you DO realize you have to download the bios file separate from the emulator itself right?
Hey. My phone is x10 mini pro. I have bought gameboid, but when i start any game, i can only use one button on the touch screen at one time or only one at all e.g that i play some racing gaming i can use B(speed) but cant turn right or left on the screen. Or if i touch right+left, it will brake.
I can use my keyboard's left+right, but the distance are too long between the buttons.
Help plz!
I alrdy tried to search on the forum, but couldnt find any suggestions
Looking at the specs of your phone, it seems to be running less than Android 2.1, which is probably why multitouch isn't working. However, you can remap all the hardware keys so that you can press them easily. While in the app, press Menu > Settings > Input settings > Key mappings. Then just tap the gamepad direction you want, and it'll ask you to press what key you want it assigned to.
I got android 2.1 on it. But thx for the answer, i will work on it.
In pokemon Redfire it works fine, but in other games its zzzz
OK I HAVE BOUGHT the emulator i have downloaded the bios folder and have selected it on my phone all my phone does in gameboid now is comes up white with gameboy written across the front but i cant select to load any roms
idk where to get the bios folder i need help with that

Tried about 4 different versions/roms. When I load them screen goes blank for a few seconds, then just exits back to the rom selection screen
Hey guys, I have the LITE version on my HTC Aria. Wanted to try it out before I bought it, so I downloaded the Medabots: Metabee Version ROM. It runs smoothly, but it crashes when I get into a battle or try to go between buildings. Will the full version fix this, or is it a problem with the ROM?
Greetings all. I bought the Samsung Intercept a few months ago and purchased the full version of gameboid right away. So far it has played everything I have tried, although it seems Golden Sun will not work from what I read.
My question has to do with sound. Many people on this forum have posted that their roms run flawlessly, looking and sounding great. On my Intercept the games run fairly smoothly with only occasional slowdown, but I play the games in silent mode because any attempt to have the sound playing results in vastly distorted sound with crackles and pops constantly. It is basically unenjoyable to have the music going.
is there a way to optimize it's performance so that sound plays better? I usually play in airplane mode, and I have a task killer app to kill all background processes I can find when I try to play. Are there any other things I can tweak to make the sound better? Is my phone simply not strong enough to process everything smoothly? I appreciate any help, and will still continue to enjoy my games with or without sound.
