So i upgraded to 2.2 using the Kies stuff which now i realize was a big mistake. I was able to get it rooted but now when i try and flash a rom i get this : E:signature verification failed. I've been reading and i kno i need to get back to the 2e recovery but I don't know how to do that part.

Go back in to cwm recovery if you can, and toggle signatures. This should alleviate your issues.

There is no option for that.
All i have is:
reboot system now
reinstall packages
delete all user data
delete cache data
format internal sd-card

Ok, go back in to ROM Manager (if you don't have this, download from the market) and flash CWM Recovery again. Then go in to recovery and hit "Reinstall Packages". It may take two or three times. Then try flashing your new ROM. If you still get signature issues, toggle them through CWM.
