I just got my wildfire s few weeks back. Works great. One thing i had to struggle was the album art. I figured it out, thought this might help some of the WS users here.

Wrong Album Art
If you have an album with wrong album art and transferred it to your phone. It just stores it in its cache. So even if you update a new one. It just dont show it in the player. To remove it, do the following. (Using SD as diskdrive)

Go to your SD Card>>Android>>Data>>com.android.providers.media>>albumthumbs or albumthumbs folder (remove the files inside and the will recache the new album art)

Album Art Tag Problem

The stock player fixes the album art based on the "albumtag" so if you have different songs inside a folder with same album name (mostly for mix packs), its going to show only one album art for all songs inside it.

Use mediamonkey or mp3tag to rename "albumtag" (album name). Use different album names for each song to have seperate albumarts!!

Also, i found this link to be useful on Albumart
Getting album covers working on the HTC Hero | Blog of Anders Rune Jensen

Do share if you find any other methods regarding albumart in wildfire S. Cheers!! :)
