Customer service said since I activated it today, I'm on 2GB because they don't have unlimited any more. She sent something up to someone to see if they will change it, but she said they probably will not.

I told her when I ordered, it didn't even give me an option for the 2GB data plan. Even the paperwork that came with the phone says unlimited for $29.99.

I just checked my Verizon account and it says that your new device is ready to use and my upgrade date has changed. I now remember that the costco.com lady said that they preactivate the phones before they are shipped, so maybe I won't have any problems.
