Hi guys Im on t mobile and got an issue with my galaxy s 2. I got the phone yesterday. Im having issues with YouTube and my internet. I can't get my YouTube to play atall in 3g mode and the internet is so slow to load. Both work fine on wifi. Even my old galaxy s didn't do this but that was o2. Iv tried manually editing the options with the settings on t mobile but to no avail. Im going back to the shop asap but just wondered if anyone knew what it might be? Could it be the sim card playing up because it works fine in wifi .

Cheers

T-mobile UK? All you need to do is call customer services and have them move you to the fastest internet band available. Complain that they sold you a smartphone and are offering crappy internet service which is not exploiting your phones potential fully.

Also, tell them to remove "content lock" on your account. I had the same problem and this fixed it. T-mobile internet ain't the best.

Yeah its UK. What's the content lock?

Content lock is like a parental guidance filter. It wouldn't allow you to visit some sites which YouTube is likely one of them.

It is usually set up automatically. You can remove it yourself online if you log in to MyTmobile. You might as well call them and have them remove it while they.are increasing your internet speed.
