The RAM is not sufficient on this device. I am constantly having to go into the task manager and clear the memory to let this phone run "halfway" decent. I dont do anything too crazy. FB, web browsing, a little music, I usually have to reset my phone once a day, if it doesnt reset itself. The screen constantly freezes when i use FB, I have to take the battery out once a week because it wont restart itself.. not a good investment

None of those issues here, maybe you got a lemon?

Side note though are you using the TW launcher still? The only thing i noticed when i purchased the phone (but already knew about) was the normal interface lagg associated with the Samsung TW interface. Ditched that and picked up Go Launcher EX. Interface runs without a hitch. Hell i have even played a few mmo games on the phone now without a problem.

Also if you are using a different launcher did you make sure to delete all the widgets etc off of TW? If not that could be your problem as well. If you use an alternate launcher but don't delete all the widgets from TW the phone will end up running both launchers and all it's widgets at the same time. Could be the cause of your memory issues if that's the case.

You would then edit all the screens on TouchWiz and delete everything off of all the pages, including all icons and other various items such as widgets. Then when all of the items have been deleted delete all pages except for the one that can't be deleted. Once that's done then switch back to Go Launcher using "Home Switcher for Froyo".

If people are so dissatisfied with a phone why the heck would you even buy it in the first place? Did you not test the phone before you bought it or even research it?

I love my Charge, I dont have any issues with it what so ever. I traded my TB back in for the Charge and never looked back.

I don't want to sound like a dick but seriously...

You can go into the the settings menu, applications, find go launcher and hit reset dafaults. The next time you click the home button, it will ask which launcher you want to use.

are you kidding me.. no i just bought the phone without testing it. 2 months in w. apps and music downloaded to the phone changes things drastically. use your brain, this is a pointless post, but to everyone else I will try those changes and see what comes from it thanks

How do you check/know what Widgets are loaded/running?

If you have a widget loaded then it's on one of your screens. Scroll through all of your screens once you are back at TW and delete everything from every single screen - all that should be left is what's on the dock at the bottom. If there's nothing on the screens then there's no widgets trying to update, look for info/networks, etc.

Then reduce your number of screens to 1. Then use your Home Manager or Home Switcher app to set your other installed launcher (Go Launger, LP, ADW, etc.) as the default launcher to use.
