CheckROM Revolution HD now out!

Ohh.So there is going to be an HD version eh?

I think the title of this thread and the name of the ROM you've just installed might just give you a clue!

.First is ,i downloaded some (i guess they are universal themes/go launcher). And i lost that cool battery notification with the real time % number. Now its just the number on the battery icon and it's not in real time when charging.

There are a selection of battery icon mod's in the Kitchen Pro under, "Misc". :D

.Also why when i boot into recovery and dowload with CWM it's blue now instead of green?

That's because you've changed kernel/recovery.

Referring to your first.I was being sarcastic:rolleyes:
So how did i change the kernel after i got the new ROM?If i do the recovery which will it recover? It's showing Hellcat's K14 for this ROM.
Thanks for responding.

OPEN KitchenPro > Find Kernals tab > select one you like > mark for installation > press menu soft key > Click the shit out of the install option>Go get snacks > Come back to new kernal

I only tend to look at the first 2 posts to check if the OP has added anything new. I've always found the majority of XDA members to be very egotistical, arrogant and argumentative. This forum is a breath of fresh air. :)

Yep, pretty much my experience of those malignant narcissists too. I mean, we all enjoy tweaking these phones, but really, does being arsed to suss a gadget entitle someone to completely disregard common courtesy?

The "Yellow Triangle" is worn as a badge of honour by some of us dedicated ROM flashers. It doesn't do any harm to leave it and is one thing less to have to mess around with.

My vote is... leave it on and wear it with pride! :)

Which kernel are you using right now and which one do you recommend with this ROM?I just downloaded "Speedmod" about 2 hours ago. And,i also like the yellow exclamation triangle.(I wonder what Apple's "jailbreak" sign is?)

See my post here:-

this contains the following:-

So, when I see postings that say, "what's the best kernel" (or indeed, the best ROM) the simple answer is... whatever suits you best I guess.

Is anyone having battery issues on this Rom? In the past two days the battery has just dropped 10% or so for example at say 3 o'clock it dropped from 40% to 30%.

You mean the past 2 hours? 10% in 2 days would be amazing.

No battery issues with me on 3.1.1. If I'm playing a game it'll drop 10% in an hour, which is better than playing a game on my old 3GS, or a PSP, or DS, or any handheld console. Also better than most laptops :p

No sorry I mean it has done this over the past two days ( so it did it yesterday and the day before, 2 different charge cycles)

It looks like 5% each time not 10%
