Had the same issue, called they told me that they will have them probably on Saturday, I canceled and ordered online with Verizon, it should be here on Monday before 7pm.

I was also going to order mine in store but they would not honor any online discounts.

Should have paid for the overnight... But who cares right? Its just a phone.

Lucky, I tried several times to get that discount, one rep told me I would have had a better chance if none of my lines were eligible for an upgrade.

So it appears they are giving preferential treatment to those who are still in contract and they have nothing to lose but for those who could just pack up and leave them they give nothing... What is it with Verizon?

Well mine did ship yesterday although I never got a shipping email. Unfortunately, the Memphis FedEx hub is backlogged and there's no guarantee that it will get delivered today. And I have to close early today for my daughter's doctor appointment.

Man, this bites...
Ordered on Thursday 2:30 PM, left West Chester, PA at 4:30 PM, took almost 3 HOURS to go to next town, Coatesville, PA (at 7:27 PM), then took 15 HOURS??? to go to Newark, NJ warehouse (at 10:45 AM, Friday). Come on, FedEX!!! STOP SUCKING SO HARD!!!

Mine has been sitting in Memphis since last night. Guess I will be getting it Monday, at least I know its on its way. half tempted to go buy one for my other line and play with it til i get mine on Monday then return it, but don't want to get hit with the restocking fee. Does anyone know if they really charge that or just threaten it? With the high demand they may take it back without any restocking fee... who knows... probably not worth it.

Probably tempting fate will get you fork up restocking fee. I thought about just going to Verizon store, but I didn't want to go through hassles on switching upgrade date (mine wasn't due until 28th, switched with another line) and wasn't sure if I've gotten $50 discount if I went to the store directly.
Even though estimated delivery time is Monday at 7 PM, since it was so close (PA to NY), I figured maybe, just maybe I'll receive it today. I guess that won't happen.

Yea you won't get any residential UPS or Fedex on Saturdays for the most part.

i feel your pain. mine was priority overnight, delivery by 10:30. it's now 1:11 and still no phone. it has been out for delivery since 9:22. the fedex hub is literally a 5 minute drive from my house but they don't let me pick it up unless they've attempted 1 delivery.

At least its out for delivery, mine appears to be sitting at the shipping warehouse, obviously its not and to get from Memphis to my neck of the woods is only about 6 hours away it wont be very long.

What is strange though is when I get shipments from Memphis to where I live near Springfield, MO it goes to Kansas City to St. Louis then to my area.

I will be looking forward to it on Monday.

One attempt today, of coarse I was at work, one mile from the hub. So now I'm waiting till Monday too. guess I'll get some work done around the house this week end. Lol

if you bring your slip to the hub, they'll let you pick it up tomorrow. or at least thats how it works at mine. fedex finally arrived after a long painful wait

Saturday 1:20 AM, mine hasn't moved an inch from Newark, NJ warehouse since 10:45 AM Friday... this is so so bad... repeat of Droid Incredible all over again.

Ordered my at 6:30 PM PST Thursday. 11:30 here Friday and no email whatsoever.

Called around 3 today, order was labeled as "still processing". Kinda accepted it would take until Monday, now worried it will be later.
