Okay. I did something so freakin' stupid this weekend that involves my Nexus S 4G. I went to a family gathering at my moms house...there was alcohol, of course. Well, lets keep it short.....I went home and threw my phone (TWICE!) on the wooden floor. It is working fine right now, but I am worried that I may have damaged it and I am just not seeing it right away. It seems like the phone is heating up much faster, but that could be because I know I dropped it and I'm worried about it. Basically, can anyone tell me how durable these phones are? I have looked almost everywhere, but can't find an answer. I would greatly appreciate it!

I can say from personal experience, this phone is pretty durable. It's stood up to me dropping it 4 or 5 times onto the tile floor in my kitchen plus being thrown across the room by my 3 year old daughter when she pitched a fit the other day. As far as the heating up, I've noticed mine does it as well but it's been doing that since I got it and it's mainly when I use it heavily like playing games or surfing the web for long periods of time.

lol thanks for the feedback! after 3 days of watching it very very closely...i seem to be safe...this time! It hasnt shut down or done anything alarming since I dropped it that night....the battery even feels like its...back to normal (i guess)? thanks again...this really eased my mind...

dropped mine on the cement floor at work more times then I can count and it hasn't showed it, most durable electronic device I've ever owned.
