I have a Triumph that is rooted and flashed with CM7. I would like to learn how to flash roms and unroot so what better way to learn then to flash back to stock, then back again. But I do have some questions, I am very new to all this so bear with me. I also have titanium backup ( the pro version). What is a nandroid backup and Im sure I did a backup before I rooted and flashed but Im not sure what file it is. These are the files I have on my pc. Under Clockworkmod-backup,under Clock Works Mod Recovery-recovery-cwm-5.0.2.6-triumph, Recovery Stock Backup-(there are 2 files in this folder)-CM7-TG-reloaded-20111230(which is a zipp file), and recoverystock.img.bu(which is a disc image file). Can someone please help me out and tell me what these files are. I dont want to use the wrong file. Also, does someone have step by step directions to return this phone back to stock. I take it I have to flash the stock rom and restore the nandroid backup of the OS then?? Please help me with this. Thank you in advance for all you help and advice.

A nandroid backup is a backup of everything on your phone system partition data partition everything even your lock code lol you do a nandroid back up by going into clockworkmod recover backups and restore and backup and to restore you simply click on restore it doesn't seem like you made a nandroid back up but I will find you a link to a full stock nandroid backup and the recoverystock image is a stock triumph recovery like cemetery but the one that comes with the phone and the clockwork mod one is just what you have on your phone right now.
EDIT: here's link to stock nandroid backup http://www.mediafire.com/?3qe98bjhh4rc4cj
To install you download this file
Put on your sd card (should be a fold that says clock work mod on ur sd card open it)
Put the nandroid backup in thebackup folder
Boot into cwm recovery and do.the steps above:)
Edit: rename it to. Zip instead of. Txt then open it and copy it to sd card

Sorry in advance for this half baked question, I did this a few months back and totally blanked out on the procedure and terminology so bear with me.

I want to save the information on the phone, when I activated the phone they had me dial #???# on the phone pad and entire some information. I'm looking to write down that info but I forgot how to access it.

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to get this again. Thanks in advance.

ummmmmm, half baked..... "your not a fish your a man you walk on two legs homo erectus! did i say homo i didnt mean that!" love that movie. Prepaid Cell Phone Service and Pay as You Go | Virgin Mobile try them enter you phone number your pass is probably your birthdate you should be able to navigate around there and find what you are looking for. BTW why do you want that crap? if you are already activated when you change roms you wont need it.

If i was to restore a stock nandroid backup that is not mine, would that lose all my activation information?

This was my main concern and thanks for the reply.
