Help So i think im screwed my phone up bad..

So i i tried rooting and unlocking my phone for the first time and it actually worked! when i got home and decided to flash the roms i got an option to boot to recovery and before doing so i cleared data cache. When it restarted i realized that I no longer had the majority of apps that came with the phone including the marketplace app. I also am not able to sign into my gmail account to sign in my phone with google. PLEASE help me im desperate! i tried unrooting but that also seems not to work because while i boot up my phone i still see this pink unicorn boot animation.

it seems you are new at this. you rarely doing anything from the bootloader. if you want to start fresh. a proper way of flashing a new rom is:
1. Go into recovery
2. Make a backup (takes a while; always backup when flashing something new, just in case)
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
4. Wipe Cache
5. Wipe Dalvik Cache (in advanced settings)
6. Go to where the AOKP rom you downloaded and flash that (make sure its the right one, "toro" is for LTE GN, and "maguro" is for GSM GN)
7. Go to where the Gapps.zip is, flash it.
8. Reboot and done (make take a while, dont worry. flashing something a new rom always takes a while to boot)
