Root [Boost Mobile] Speaker volume fix!

Ok i installed Volume+ 1.8.1 (found on market militia) and it worked great for increasing the low speaker volume on the warp. Enjoy.

You need root btw

Thanks for posting where you got this from, I had been searching but not finding volume + but things like volume plus and control plus, etc...this definetely made a difference

Glad i could help. Yeah it really does boost volume, been using it for a couple weeks and it seams stable. Just dont boost it to far and blow it out lol.

Zimly solved sound problem for me, and solved autostarting issue that stock music app have sometimes, btw is free.

I think Volume + is an excellent app, and i also believe it works better then DSPManager which i previously had installed

I agree. I've been using it for awhile. but until the latest version got only modest volume boosts from it. Version 1.81 makes a dramatic difference on both the phone speaker and headphones.

could you guys that use volume + share your settings because i don't notice a difference

First you must be rooted. Enable speaker modifications, volume at +10, eq on base boost, base enhance +6. Also make sure you are using volume+ version 1.8.1, earlier versions dont seem to work. Hope that helps.

Better advise him to work his way up to +10. +2 or +3 works on my phone--+10 would probably blow out the speaker.

Yes i should specify to be very careful when boosting the volume, you can blow the speaker at high settings. You have been warned, dont blame if you blow ur speaker lol

I have been using this app for a while now, and mine is set up to 12, if you read the instructions, it says to keep going up untill the volume drops back down then you can either stay at the highest number or drop it back down one or two numbers. I have run that all the time on the highest setting. it is very nice, I have found that if you dont use the EQ it is louder for me anyway. and if you use the highest setting please make sure you dont go past 2 or 3 on the bass boost, this is what may blow the speaker out, not sure but I love the program... enjoy it everyone. I hope this has helped someone in here.
