Originally, I had stock 6.14.181, and this is ALL I did, and ever since the ICS install, my 3G icon has been grey and going away every 10-20 seconds. As far as 4G, I only seen it once after upgrading to ICS leak. Now, I don't ever see it. Just got my razr 13 days ago and below are the steps that I followed:

Can ICS leak flash contribute to this issue? I keep reading that people have had to get another sim card when they've had this type of issue, but I don't know if it's something the ics leak did or what. So confused >_<

Try this and then run the restore network connectivity:

Turn phone off.

While off, press and hold both volume keys and power on phone.

Press volume key down to highlight recovery and then press volume key up to boot into recovery. Then you will see android icon with triangle.

Press both volume keys.

Choose clear cache partition using down volume and press power button to clear cache.

Highlight reboot / restart and press power and your phone will reboot.

Hey man. Thanks for your help. I'm on 4G now. Apparently, Verizon was experiencing some issues... They stated they opened a ticket a few days ago and was supposed to be testing towers around the area for a couple days.

Note: 611 Customer Service did NOT tell me this. I found out after I drove 30 minutes to the Verizon Store since 611 Cust Service stated I would probably do better getting another sim card. Communication sucks.

Honestly, other than the issues Verizon was experiencing (and I thought it was a result of upgrading to .79 ICS leak), I haven't experienced 1 issue. Actually, the only thing that may be close to an issue is that it sometimes can get a little laggish if you're doing a bunch of things at once, but I think that's somewhat expected.
