Is there a way to silence the phone and stop it from vibrating without going into the settings and turning off the vibrate? I switched from the Incredible and you could use the volume down button to take volume all the way down to vibrate, then up one click to silence all.

I have an app called Sound Manager. (Link is to something called Sound Manager v2. It's by the same person who developed the app I have. I assume it's a newer version.)

On the one I have, you open the app and touch the menu button. You can control when it vibrates (or not). There is also a mute selection in the menu that lets you create a shortcut on the screen. Once you create the shortcut, pressing it toggles all the volumes between totally silent and where ever you set them. Don't know if the new version does the same things, but I've got to think it does

Looks like the new version has more features. I guess I'll have to try it.

Hope this helps.
