Help Urgent please - modem init...

Hi,

I turned on my phone after having a nap and it didn't start up as it normally does. I was not watching the phone when I did this.

Firstly it did not vibrate like it usually does. When I looked to see what was going on there was a list of Chinese characters in green font.

I don't know if I clicked on one of the selections but the next thing it is just saying

modem init... (again in green.

I have tried holding the off button but the phone will not turn off.

I've tried holding down various combinations of Off and each of the other buttons (volume up volume down and the other one).

Thankfully I have access to the internet from my desktop computer.

Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

By the way the phone is an Alcatel V1 with Android Pie Go Lite.

Amazingly I found a Youtube video just by searching modem init and found a non English video about how to turn the phone off: Hold all 3 buttons.

AND IT WORKED.

Phew!!!
