hey gusy, noob question here but...

I am using ACS updater and I was wondering what is the quickest way to get this ROM into my android. Should I just save the zip file (what files should I extract) into to SD card?

Thank you for all your help

You should download preferrably from a computer or a phone then move the zip to the zip card in a folder you could easily find like a folder named "A". That way its easy to find and flash in recovery

Right so, I put the zip file into folder "A" in the sdcard. Then when I went to ACS and clicked on install from sdcard and clicked on SenseRom Joneidy, it didn't seem to change anything.

I clicked on wipe cache, and wipe data. What am I doing wrong?

Try wiping everything except for "sd-ext" then under the flash zip menu, toggle signature verification. Then try flashing the ROM again.

I'm sorry, but I am really new to this. I don't know where I can find the flash zip menu to toggle signature verification. I am solely using ROM manager to attempt to flash.

I made backup using titanium backup,
Then I ran ROM manager to install this ROM from the SD card. However this doesn't seem to work.

I need some major help because I have gone through a lot of posts and I am as lost as can be. I have (believe it or not) read through most of this entire thread. And still can't seem to figure out how to fix my problem

Being a NOOB to most of this, I'm usually begging someone here for help (BIG thanks to optimus m and joneidy!).

I see a lot of people discussing between deleting apps OR freezing them.
Here's what I came up with as a simple solution.
If you want an app gone to get back some space BUT you're afraid to delete in case you change your mind, just make a new folder on the sd card (call it whatever, I named mine "oldapps").
Then using root explorer, I simply move the apps I don't want into that folder and back up the folder to my PC.
You can then even delete the folder from the sd card without worry.

You get rid of the app, gain some space AND, still have it on your PC, JUST IN CASE.
