I will definitely go to the mat to defend our unlimited data plans. They left us a voice mail indicating that the unlimited data, while accidentally offered when we placed our pre-order, was a mistake, and isn't an option. My brother has battled today via e-mail, and I don't know if he resolved this. Perhaps the initial thread had a little bit of credibility, or perhaps VZW is just having fun messing with us.
