Help Instagram Advanced Cam on RAZR acting weird

I have the original RAZR and since upgrading to ICS, I've noticed that Instagram's built in "Advanced Camera" isn't functioning properly like it used to. The "speed" of the camera's movement has sped up drastically, almost like I'm shooting super high quality video. The image is zoomed in too far by default so pics don't line up the way I want them. It appears they shoot properly but it's a big pain. I tried changing the stock camera settings a bunch for both picture and video, but it was a no go. Also cleared caches, rebooted and even reinstalled Instagram.

Anyone having this issue/know of a fix? Much appreciated.

Hmm... as I said, yes, the pictures do come out "normal" and quite clear once taken, it's just that what I see on the screen while lining up the picture is all zoomed in and isn't an accurate preview of the picture I'm actually taking. Really annoying.

I've noticed the same thing.

Haven't read a "fix" or anything anywhere..

I checked this against an iPhone's Instagram camera - and the iPhone's is dead on in regards to what the screen shows and the picture it takes.

It'd be a shame if that's what we're stuck with.

Hopefully they're aware of the issue and will have a bug fix soon, then. The program was working to perfection prior to my ICS update. :( Been using stock cam for the time being and importing - which is fine and all - I just hate when apps don't do what they're supposed to do. Curses!

Same here on the importing thing - but, that's getting old...would be nice to just snap/edit/post.
