ZAGG HD vs ZAGG

I'm on my third HD on my S3, and it's coming off. Despite excellent installation by the BB staff, as soon as I put a case on (even after waiting 2 days), it starts peeling up around the edges. I wrote Zagg, and their response was "our screen protectors are not compatible with cases". REALLY? I've had the regular Zagg on 3 other phones, always had a case and never had an issue until using the HD. Based on their response, I'm done with Zagg. Aside from that issue, the HD protector seems to not "heal" from the indentations that normal use creates as well as the original either.

You should check out the screen protectors in my post above

I must have gotten lucky with my HD in that my Incipio silacrylic case stops pretty much exactly where the screen protector starts, so mine hasn't peeled at all.

I still mostly like the hd after a few weeks. It feels perfect. My only complaint is there's a few marks that never disappeared. They're thin little bubbles I think. Could be because I messed up the installation, probably didn't put enough solution in that area or something.

If you got it at best buy take it back. They'll replace it for free and then have them install the new one. It's well worth it. The protectors also have a lifetime guarantee so contact Zagg if it's messed up and they'll send you a new one. You'll have to send the old one back.

ZAGG...you either love 'em or hate 'em. There is no happy medium. I love 'em, but the HD sounds like its not an improvement over the original.

I would have to agree with you. "You either love them or hate them." I, personally, like Zagg, but the new HD seems like it is having some major issues. Perhaps, the batch of the HD was full of defected items???:(

Yeah, I dunno if I'll even try to get it replaced with the guarantee. I heard a lot of people have trouble with customer service. I'll probably just try another cheaper protector. As much as I like the feel of the hd, I'm sure others feel just as good, look better, and cost less. I not a fan of the wet application either really.
