Help Disable auto-dim, and other Chumby issues

After a somewhat painful setup process, I was able to setup my new Tablet S for Chumby , and then set it up so that Chumby fires up when I place it in the stand.

I only have (and want) one app in my Chumby app, and that is Facebook photo gallery. It is nice because it automatically pushes new pictures to my frame when I add pictures to Facebook. I previously had a sony dash, and before that a Framechannel Frame that did similar things.

However one very annoying thing is that even though I have auto-brightness turned off, and even though it is on power when in the cradle, the screen automatically dims after a short time. This makes the tablet a less than ideal picture frame even at maximum brightness because of the dimming.

Is there a way to keep it from dimming? Alternately, is there another app that displays full size photos on the tablet S that doesn't dim (also hopefully can get it to start automatically when docked, but that is not a must-have as much as I would like it)

I tried SocialFrame, and it was so close, would have been an awesome but it only works on tagged photos, not on facebook albums.
I dont want to have to tag every photo, I just want to upload from my phone or tab to facebook, so my friends can see the pics, and then also have it show on my frame.
So unfortunately, that is a no-go.

Yesterday I tried Slideshow for Facebook, but for some reason it only shows very small versions of the pictures. 70% of the screen is black, and there is no setting to change it.

It seems such a simple thing to do right...
