Root can not root

hey guys, i'm trying to root my huawei sonic u8650 and can not succeed somehow....tried a lot of guides but none of them seem to be working... on this forum i've tried 2 of them

the main problem which seems to be is with RecoveryClockmodByZaDkYn , picture below :

this comes when i got into fastboot via vol- and power button...

not sure why it comes but i've installed adb drivers and other packages...so i'm wondering if you guys can help me root my huawei or teach me how to here
