Help How to clear multiple Phones on Google Play?

I searched on here, and on Google as well. I bought an SG3, returned it, hated the iPhone 5 I traded for, and then switched back. Now, on Google Play I have 2 devices (Obviously the same).

I tried to download an App off of Google Play through my Computer, but it isn't downloading. I'm sure it's because it's the other phone (Phone #1 we'll say.) When I scrolled through the Apps on Phone #1, the app was there. On Phone #2, my current, it's not there.

Any idea on how to clear out the old device? Thanks in advance!

At the very start-up, when it asked your google email and p/word, u should just have used same details as your 1st s3 n yout get your contacts and all the apps you had on 1st one if youd wanted.
Choose a google login n keep it forever bro.. thats the point ;)
I did, that's why I have 2 phones connected to 1 Gmail haha
In the play site on a computer, go to the cog icon in the top right corner. Then choose "my orders and settings"

Go into the settings tab and in the visibility column, untick "show in menus".

If it doesn't show, you can't download to it. Theres no full removal
Ah, I saw that but didn't know what it did. Thanks!
