Android 2.2 on VirtualBox

This would depend entirely on how you setup the network in VirtualBox.

If you upload the page to a WAN (internet) server you could view it by IP or host name.

If you bridged the connector then the VirtualBox should be on your LAN, and if you had a mini web server, like xampp, you could host the page on your machine and view it on the virtual machine.

I also know you can mount media in a VM of Live Android, but the instructions are 'technical' to say the least, and you have to do it every time unless you install to a virtual disk.
