Well I forgot about giving feedback on my extended battery. It has lasted me over 24 hours with light use and averages 20+ hours with moderate use. Overall I am pleased with it. I have cut a square out of the back of my s-line case to fit it.

Haha yes! I love my extended battery. Under ANY usage.. light, moderate, or heavy, I have only needed to charge it when I go to bed overnight. Very nice.

which mAh battery? I got one of these but it looks awkward since I have the white version of the epic 4g touch lols

I have two feature requests. Can some form of PDroid be added? And can ro.adb.secure be disabled? I tried using auto-patcher to manually add an insecure boot.img and openpdroid, but both failed at one part or another.

do you have a zip file of your kernel with the zImage file? I want to do remove the yellow triangle and I'd like to flash your kernel in there

No i am not running any tweaks. I did just recently. Nothing major though, just a battery saving app. I am running cm10.1 that i flashed using the first post on here. Later ill give the fl14 a try and flash the modem as well. Today the Apollo music app crashed on me so i had to use google play music app. I love the leak but i would love it more if it actually is an improvement from ICS rather than function the same.

first off appreciate the work of brandon even before this phone. I was excited to try this rom and have flashed a successfull 50+ roms before never boot looping and i seem stuck on this 1.. i have never gotten past the boot screen, i have the latest ics modem am i missing something?

Just do a full data wipe through recovery mode. Also try try wiping the caches as well. That should do the job.

forgot to mention i have done all data + cache wipes fresh installs thats why i dont know what it could possibly be stuck at the bootscreen thought maybe it was a corrupted download last night downloaded it again but same results it just never makes any sense

Thanks for that! I flashed it to that from the cm10.1 and it looks good. My led indicator isnt working either. It is far more stable than the cm10.1 but i cant choose to have my led indicator on. Anyone having this prob?

(Referring to the person who posted the link for the JB stock rom)

Try doing the whole data and cache wipe before installing the rom. Try that.

Bugs I discovered;

1. Netflix; shows loading screen forever. No error no matter how long. Will not load.

Someone mentioned netflix wont load for them either. Can someone else confirm this bug. I suspect this has something to do with Adobe Flash being absent but not sure.

2. Outbound audio mutes on cdma call when power screen down; Ex. while on a call without a headset/bluetooth connected using the integrated earpiece if you press the power button to turn off the screen, a few seconds later your outbound audio mutes. Turning screen on returns audio.

3. GPS takes VERY long time to lock; requires gps toggle sometimes. Comparatively stock rom takes 10 seconds for gps to lock.

4. DSP Manager doesn't work AT ALL with CM10.1 default APK installed.

Solution found for BUG 4;

If anyone knows how to fix netflix and GPS lock issues I would be very grateful.

The cm10.1 does have a lot of bugs. The jb stock rom leak for the virgin mobile is much much much more stable than cm10.1. It runs perfect and has that virgin mobile feel. The only issue i have with it is that the battery runs too quick. Other than that, it is worth a shot until the cynagenmod team comes out with a more stable update.

oh interesting. I thought CM10.1 was much better... I've been using CM10.1 for a few month or two. The only bug that I started to notice was that sometimes I would have no signal at all (not bad enough to uninstall the rom completely) but this could just be an issue with Virgin's coverage. So, I've flashed back to ICS so I can compare the signal results with CM10.1 at the same location. Other than that, no other serious bugs.

The JB stock leak ran fine for me for a week or so and then it started crashing or freezing non-stop. It got to the point where an app would crash non stop.

The Netflix issue is common in CM 10.1, I found a fix in this XDA thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2101525

I got it working by following the OP. If you read through that thread there are several other methods listed, some more specific to the S2.

I recently installed this rom and I love it besides the fact that I cant record video. I have tried with the stock camera app and other camera apps such as Camera Zoom Fx but no matter what, when i start to record video, the camera crashes and the error "Unfortunately, Gallery has stopped.

Any suggestions to getting the video to work?

Kind of off-topic but how do you create a flashable zip thru CWM for CM10.1? I'm attempting to create a zip of the MMS.apk, apns-conf.xml, and vtt-virgin.apk from this ROM to try out other CM10.1 ROMs. By the way, those are the files needed to make MMS and Visual Voicemail work right?

I flashed the new gallary from the link and everything works great. The only problem I am running into is the video will only record at 420p. It crashes at 720 or 1080. Any solutions for this?

I love this ROM, it's clean, lots of customization, all the features I'd want. Unfortunately GPS lock is weak at best, and usually nil. The data and voice don't connect as strongly either, it doesn't help that JB modems don't work with this ROM. I found a thread on XDA that indicates the GPS problem is widespread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1853671

So for now, I'm going to have to stick to the less than exciting Touchwiz JB ROM. I really hope they can iron out the issues with CM so I can come back to it.

Odd. I'm experiencing faster GPS locks. No issues here. I guess its hit and miss on the devices that have issues. I find this rom to be faster and smoother than stock in every way
