hi!
I rooted my Samsung Galaxy Xcover a few weeks ago, and I immediately uninstalled some of the most prominent bloat apps, but the memory did not increase as much as I expected.
I use Link2SD and now I would like to delete some apps/widgets from the system storage. i don`t want to mess around with things that have settings, storage or system in their name, but i made a list that would get me around 30 MB of free space in the system storage.
My question is that is it safe to remove these apps/ widgets, has anyone tried to get rid of them?

AccuWeather
AP mobile
Dual clock
Email widget
Google contact sync
Google calendar sync
Google search box
Gmail
Hangouts
News and weather
Swype (i don`t think that i`m ever gonna use it but does it mess up anything else)
Voice recorder
Voice search
Yahoo finance.

I would also like to know what does google play services do, what is it`s purpose.
and if anyone had bed experiences, please let me know.

Hi there and welcome to the site :hello: I would probably not mess with the google stuff, nor gmail, since it is your gmail account that is needed to access the play store. If you never use the voice to text feature, then you could probably be safe with voice search (i would personally keep it). The rest _should_ be ok, but make sure you make a nandroid backup first.

good luck
