problem with calls

hello

I have UK Lycamobile and Samsung Galaxy Note 2

some day, I dialed by mistake some numbers, asterisks and hashes, which probably sent a code to the network and from then each time I call someone, my number appears as "private" in his screen

can you tell me please how to reverse this?

No clue is no excuse. Call them back and insist they connect you with someone with functional brain cells.

Have you tried doing a factory reset? I'm not sure if this will work as you gave it a hardware program code from the sounds of it so I would stay on the provider and insist they help after all thats part of what you are paying for.
