Root [AT&T] Need Some Help

I just rooted my ONE (AT&T) following the thread on this forum and I am running into a problem.

I am not completely new to this as I have rooted and flashed many ROMs on other HTC devices, however, I am not a computer genius either. Here is my problem. After rooting my phone boots and runs fine but I can not seem to get a ROM saved to my phone so I can flash it. Every time I connect my phone to the computer and try to copy a ROM to it I get an error message saying that my device is not responding or is not connected.

My EVO and HERO were a little different in that they had SD cards to copy to. I think this is probably something easy but I am not sure. Any advice or a point in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

it may be some sort of driver issue. can you see the other files on your "sd card" when connected to the PC?

you should get a pop up asking what you want to do when you plug the phone in. if you select open to see files, you should then see htc one internal storage. click on it,and it should list the "sd card" contents.

you should be able to just drag and drop files onto this screen(assuming you are on stock 4.1)

I can connect to my "sd card" and I was even able to drag and drop a bunch of pictures back to my phone. I can see everything on the internal storage, however, when I drag the zip file for a ROM is says my device is not responding. Maybe I will try to redownload the ROM and give it a shot again. Any other suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance
