4G yes/no

4G is being rolled out here in Dublin, Ireland at the moment, how do I find out if the model I've been sold is 4G enabled or not ?
I see different specs from different cellular providers and American ones seem to be 4G enabled but the guy in the shop said that the Note 2 isn't so I guess it could be different specs for different markets
