I ordered my 32gb black N5 on the 31th and it shipped this morning. I expect to get it tomorrow.

I just got a shipping notification for my order that said "leaves warehouse Nov. 8" and was placed Oct 31, 2013 12:23:06 PM MST. I originally ordered a white 32 GB that was supposed to ship by the 5th, but I changed my mind to the black one and I got the later date.

So if we got the shipping notification does that mean it is actually ready to be shipped immediately?

I thought i read somewhere here that Google sends out the shipping notifications days early usually before it actually ships.

In the UK, got an email on the 2nd saying mine had been shipped but parcelforce tracking ain't picking up the reference number yet ..... Good old royal mail, still don't do any work on weekend

Just got the shipping email this morning, but no info yet from UPS when I click on the tracking... just glad it'll be out and glad that the launch seems like one of the better ones from Google that I can remember....

Did anyone else order later and not get a shipping date like me? I never saw a date, just "usually ships in 3-4 weeks." Then, it was changed to ships in 2-3 weeks. I ordered on the 31st at 4:40p.m. MDT.

tracking number is now active, read for pickup so thats cool. Look like i should get hopefully tues or wed with 2 day shipping.

Same here. I did 2day business so, at latest, i expect mine Wednesday. Hope it is the same or earlier for all the rest

I didn't notice the ''2 day shipping'' option when I ordered mine !!! I was just so happy that I could have one before they sold out of the Play Store.

Let's hope I'll get it by next friday

I ordered one of mine at 2:45p ET on 10/31 and got a ship date of 10/8.
It left the warehouse today, Sunday (which is odd, seeing as it is Sunday). Nevertheless, it'll arrive on the 6th, even with "Standard" shipping.

This happened to me also. Weird thing is that a friend bought it an hour before me and got the "Ships by November 5th" message, and he hasn

Google Play Store does not seem to update like Wallet does.

Play Store still says "Leaves by the 8th" for me where as Wallet states "Completed" and tracking is working too.

Ordered 16bg Black last night and I just had the email saying its been shipped, still says Dispatched from warehouse in 2 - 3 weeks on there UK website, I was expecting a wait of 3 weeks tbh. Nice surprise.

Ordered 32gb white on 2/11 at around 1145am, estimated despatch 6/11 , just got shipping email this morning, play store still has pre-ordered but if I click on info it says delivered and the parcel force link isn't working yet, hopefully I'll get it on Wednesday because I have the day off.

That is a nice surprise. I'm hoping for a similar miracle, I ordered the same around 2:30 pm on the 2nd and it would sure be nice for it to beat the Nov. 24th quote I was given.

Had I realized that mine would not ship until 11/8, I would not have paid extra for 2 day shipping.

UPDATE: UPS says delivery 11/6.

Mine shipped this morning but was saying 2-3 weeks before it leaves.
As mentioned above, they might have been really conservative with the shipping estimates.
Either way, so far it looks like they are doing better than they did with the N4.

I ordered mine a few minutes after they were available for sale and it said "Ships within 1-2 days," so I selected 2nd Day Air to get it a little faster. Unfortunately, it "shipped" on the 2nd, but really they didn't even print a shipping label for it until this morning. So I guess I'm looking at Wednesday at the earliest. Kind of annoying, especially since my Motorola Triumph is on its last legs.

Mine shipped from Louisville, KY as well. I ordered a 32GB white model at about 1:30am the morning after launch. I don't know how I got so lucky and got my handset shipped so quickly. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and the tracking has been updated to a early delivery tomorrow 11/5 by the end of day. I was fully expecting to wait a week or so before receiving anything so I'm really happy with the launch this year!
