Been having trouble texting my friend who DOES NOT HAVE ME BLOCKED. She has an iphone, I have a samsung galaxy s3, my carrier and phone model type is Verizon

When I click the message details of one of my texts, this is what I see (that's important and i trimmed down to what i think relates my problem):

Delivery report: Requested
Status: Sent
Error code:Addr.Vcnt.

Interestingly enough my other friend I was texting, he WAS getting my texts even though i was getting error code addr.vcnts

Can anyone please explain what this error code means and how to fix this? Sometimes in a convo i'll get it on text messages, other texts appear to be normal though. I have googled this error code EVERYWHERE and wanted to ask.

I had some messaging error codes when I was playing with the permissions. I had used "App Ops Starter" and disabled many permissions from many different apps.

I don't remember what the error messages were, but I wasn't able to send SMS messages at all. I had to re-enable app permissions.

Are you using the stock Messaging app?

It seems like this issue has been around for a long time.

Yes, infact I had delivery reports off for a while and turned it on recently cause im paranoid of which texts send lol. Cause wouldnt it suck to wait for a reply... only to realize your text never sent? ya know?

And in my opening post is what happens when it gives me the error code + delivery reports on. that's only one time and with one person AND it actually did send, i could test it again with someone new... but meh.
