First to receive it is the Russian CSC code, i9500SERFNB3 with a build date of 13 FEB and changelist 699287.

Flashed my I9500 to it last night and so far so good. The UI is faster and smoother, RAM management seems great to, and they've also upgraded Multi Window Multitasking with Note 3 features such as being able to run the same app twice and interacting between the two windows.
Am also digging the white icons in notification bar:

I had a play round with the beta version on the i9505, it's a huge improvement in that the lag is reduced allot, pulling the notification bar is no longer laggy and scrolling is smooth.

Why they had to wait until kitkat to bring us these improvements I don't understand. Should have been like this from the start Samsung.

I've just installed the 4.4.2 OTA on my i9500 and I'm getting some weird popping while listening to music in poweramp now, anyone else having issues with audio in 4.4.2?

ODD has only been released for India, so far. Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are yet to be released.

Interesting!... a 2nd update for India on the KitKat firmware, see post #4. This takes the firmware from NB3 to NC1. This looks like a bug fix release.

AFAIK the CSC for Vodacom (Vodafone South Africa) is XFV.
