LG G PRO 2 or LG G3, that is the question..

Size and specs. If you want bigger - go Pro - if you want better specs - wait for the G3.
this is where most ppl go wrong. if you're going to sit there waiting for the next best thing every time, you'll never get something you truly want.
i bet a few months after the g3 gets released (depending on how much time it takes from announcement to release), i bet there will be new flagships with the new snapdragon, and you'll be in the same exact spot you are in now.

pick a phone you really like, because it works for you, not a phone because of the specs, or an android version and/or its potential updates.
best example? moto x. mid-teir specs, but an amazing phone to use.

Most probably you are right about new flagship, but I just sold my G2 and have LG F6 to last me until either G Pro 2 or G3 get released in the US.

From the rumors G3 is supposed to be released on may 17, and G Pro 2 is already released, except none of the US carriers has it.

oh wow. i guess we've been hearing completely different things.
i've heard summer announcement, and possibly a fall release.
you might or might not remember, the G2 was released Sept 2013, i highly doubt a May release, imo its too soon.

who knows, i may be wrong!
anyhow, good luck with the search for your phone.

thanks for the sarcasm.

"At least" I have a link too.
LG's top-end G3 phone will rock a Quad HD display

"At least" I can give things a thought. who has ever released a successor to a smartphone ~6 months into the lifetime of the current phone on sale? never, as far as i remember.

It is nice that you can give things a thought.

I wish that thought was relevant to the topic of this thread.

One last question, do you think posting in bold gives your posts more credibility?
Just curious.
