My Galaxy Prevail 2 won't restart. It has nothing to do with the battery because it does turns on with no problem. The problem is that when it turns on, it say Samsung like it normally would, but then it would show the android pic as it would look if I was in the android recovery mode and then it would continue to alternate them over and over. This the first time this happened and I really don't know why. I read previous posts about how to get to the recovery mode to reboot or reset the phone, but my phone won't let me get there. It does let me get to upload mode, but that's about it. This is really frustrating and don't know what to do and my bill is actually due today (talk about irony). Ain't no way in heck (don't like cursing lol) I'm going to pay my bill if I can't use my darn phone. Do anybody know how I can overcome this miserable problem??? (Please don't respond with telling me about my battery or charger because that's not an issue here.)

Help Need to reboot asap

If you can get to download mode, you can look for the ROM at SamMobile Firmwares and reflash the phone. Or bring it to a Sprint store and see if they can reflash it. (At worst, the phone sells for about $20-$30.)
