Took mine to the Verizon store today and the rep swore he has never heard of the "rattle" situation. At any rate, new phone is being shipped to me at no charge of course, hopefully this one does not rattle. But I must say when i first got the phone and read the original posts about the rattle mine did not...since then it began to rattle...but I also dropped it twice (while in the case and on carpet) so to avoid possible issues if my new one doesnt rattle I just better make sure I dont drop it
