I am no longer able to push apps to my Moto X from Play in a browser as it doesn't show up. I can still access Play from my X and it will show up in my purchases on my other phones and on play.
It used to be there, but has disappeared sometime in the last couple of weeks. I thought it may have been related to the number of devices I had assiciated with the account (Moto X, GNex, OG Droid, 2013 N7 32, 2012 N7 32GB, 2012 N7 16GB, and 2012 N7 8GB). I disabled the 16GB and 8 GB 2012 N7s as they are both broken and the other two N7's were replacements. It didn't make a difference.
I also tried clearing data & cache in Play hoping that it would clear up when I agreed to the Play TOS again. At this point I'm at a loss. It's not the end of the world, but is annoying as hell.
