Well,
I thought i had mobile data issues fixed...
but,
i don't.
it's a netfilter kernel driver problem. i've backported the xt_qtaguid driver multiple times using various builds from 3.0+ kernel sources and nothing is working correctly.
because data statistics can't get the correct permissions for the device, mobile data will constantly acquire and drop over and over again after apn settings are properly applied.
i really don't see me being able to get this problem fixed. this a problem with every ics device that is not using a 3.0+ kernel source. others have remedied the issue by backporting the above said driver, but it hasn't worked for me mainly because the kernel driver won't compile no matter what i do.
