Root samsung Galaxy light roms needed

We need anybody as myself to work on at least a single kick butt custom rom for Samsung galaxy light. If interested please reply within this thread

It's a nice phone . Lots of features and inexpensive . My wife has one and the stock ROM is not bad but it has a lot of bloat and I know this phone can run better . You can pick one up for 120 if you know where to look . I say that's a great price for a quad core 1 gig of ram and 8 gigs of storage .

Unfortunately not enough people are requesting development for this phone . Maybe it's because the device is fairly new . We're gonna have to give it some time unfortunately . If I was savvy enough to make my own ROM I would definitely take this project head on .

Scooped this phone up on eBay for $70, its better than some more expensive phones I've used.

I have removed all the bloat and it zooms, but would love a custom ROM like CyanogenMod, or AOSP.

Rooting and custom recovery is crazy easy to apply on this phone too, thanks to Shabbypenguin; here is the link if you're wondering:

sorry guys, i basically planned on doing a stock, root. deodex, debloat etc.. but seems @root@ beat me to it.. i feel any rom i cook at this point would be a waste.. but ill still do it if enuff ppl are interested..

just send me a pm or otherwise ill check this thread again in due time, im currently moving so it will be difficult to dedicate much time

jmjareno.... i have once read somewhere that you can get a sim unlock without having to pay for it. however there is one stipulation. you must have your phone activated or serviced i think like 3 months. once thats done, just go to a authorized metro pcs dealer and ask them for the code. they should give it to you free of charge.
