Hello all, I have a brand new Alcatel One Touch A564C. and games WILL NOT SAVE TO THE SD. Pictures are saving to it. There is also NO option to move an app to the sd card. I can't even download games over 1.2 GB like asphault 8 and GTA. It's so frustrating. I got this phone so I could play bigger games. Do you know of anything I can do other than root it? I've tried two different apps that are supposed to move an app to the sd card, but it says there is no need to move because my phone shares its memory with the sd card? I have the SD selected as my download destination, and everytime, the google play store says "insufficient space on external storage". It's a brand new 16gb sandisk card. I've formatted it twice. restarted the phone. I've tried everything. I'm stumped. I'll root it if it's the only option, I've just never done it before, and i don't want to brick my brand new phone. Other than this problem. the phone is awesome.
