Help Post VW lollipop Update - PWR Button LED Constantly Flashing

Updated the Verizon Lollipop yesterday. While at lunch today, noticed the phone got extremely warm which is rare for my phone. Noticed that when the screen is off, the power button LED light is constantly on a rapid flashing and won't stop. It only stops when I get a notification that comes in, which then forces that same LED light into a slight notification flash.

Anyone else seeing this?

I see that there appears to be more options for the front/rear notification LED light...so I have it feature turned on, but unchecked everything seeing how I use LightFlow to manage the LED's anyway.

It's under Settings/Display/Notification light.

FYI though, while this has stopped the flashing PWR button....I haven't been able to get Lightflow to work at all.

I'm having the same issue with the led around the power button on the back rapidly flashing nonstop. I was also having excessive heat problems and rapid battery drain, but after a full discharge and recharge last night that seems to be better...but I haven't done much with my phone yet today.

I'm going to try to uninstall Lightflow now and see what happens. I assumed as you reported that turning off the Notification light in the display settings would kill Lightflow.

Well that did it. It's definitely a Lightflow issue, as uninstalling it fixed the power button LED issue, and it comes back after reinstalling...

I uninstalled light flow last night, rebooted, and reinstalled but lightflow is still not working/controlling LEDs. Going to reset phone tonight.

I did a full reset and restored my settings but still couldn't get Light Flow working. I checked the Reactle website after sending them an email, and found that under the Settings/Display/Front LED....unchecking everything except the "downloaded apps" (left it checked) that it starting working.

I was having the same issue on my D800. I poked around a bit and discovered Light Manager Pro was causing the blinking. I changed the LED mode from alternating to normal and fixed it. I would imagine the issue will be fixed in a similar manner in other LED notification apps.
