I have two email accounts, a GMail account for personal email, and a business account with a unique domain name. The business account stopped retrieving email on May 22, while the GMail account continues to work fine. I checked to make sure the settings and password were correct, and they are. When I open the business email account I see the signal that it is searching for new email, but none have appeared on my phone (although they do on my desktop computer). Any idea what has happened and how to fix it? Thanks

Disable stock email, disable Gmail app. Go to Google Play Store and download Type Mail. Follow the app settings enter all your email accounts and passwords for each one. I used Type Mail at my former Google Nexus 5 and in my current Galaxy S6, never a problem. Check out screenshot.

Check if the business mail setup is -

server.hosting-name.com

Instead of -

business-domain.com

If the former, the hosting company is free to change the exact server and you'll need to redo your setup.

If the latter and you're on Exchange mail have your mail admin ensure that they didn't disallow your device.
