I have that problem also. I'm trying to flash recovery through abd so I can get a recovery back. But I searched the web and can't find much info. Looks like I'm shiff out of luck.

I experience it a lot more often since beta 2. I'm going to flash it and i'll let you know if i come across it.

i dont think there will be a fix, I think that is the best I can get it

unless i can figure out why the stock 444 hal causes freezing, and I am able to fix it

but to be honest I am really sick of the whole sensor issue thing at the moment

it doesnt bother me tha i have to manually turn off the screen on a call im barely on the phone tat long anyway 1 minute is my average call

i tried adb and root enabled debbuged . pc wouldnt read it in adb

I already told you how to get it to work

if you can fix it a better way, then do it

adb works in windows you just need to install a driver

i have the drivers for the phone installed but if adb on my pc reads the phone on stock it should read on cm12 . adb should read on no matter what cm or stock u on
and its not reading on this cm12 is anyone else have this issue besides me and droidhackalot

well i installed the drivers and now its not even reading on stock lol gnan have to reinstall sdk
never mind just toggled install driver back to connect media device and the debuger promt came up and accepted my pc .. gnna try to see if it works on cm 12

Just wanted to thank you hroark. You beasted through this ROM very quickly. The long hours and effort are much appreciated. I'm happily enjoying cyanogenmod and things are very smooth. Im coming from metro 4.4.4 and have used every build up to this point. Rc2 works great for me with the redbull hal. You breathed longevity into this device as a one man wrecking crew. Keep up the great work you have talent.

Off topic question: do you have any plans of doing any other roms? It'd be kind of cool to see stock lollipop on this device.

Everything is great....except for my data. The lte signal is nonexistent until it jumps up to one bar then back to nothing. The h+ (when it works) is the fastest thing.

Say homie I just want to say my zte has been working flawlessly! Every zip has worked on my metro zte censors and everything on call and when someone calling plug for ac jack works lte fast as **** bra!!! #Sippsdrank..... Just a lil screen freeze that's all but hell with that that's nothin congratulations on a wonder rom I've been filling your work for years!!! Keep up the good work...

Well I have made some zips to get r/w on the most recent CM12.1 version as for right now.
THESE ARE TO ONLY WORK FOR CM12.1 RC2. THIS HAVE ONLY BEEN TESTED ON Z970 (T-Mobile Variant). These might work on other ZTE ZMAX variants. These zips switch the boot and recovery image so be careful.

For R/W on /system (Must boot to recovery to access the OS):

hroark13: didn't know if you knew but on the rc2 my in call proximity sensor is reversed. When the phones is to my ear the screen turns on but if its away the screen turns off and I have no way to control my call.

Is there a known fix for sub 30kb lte speeds on the latest build. I've tried all apns and the highest was 30kbs
