I was on a movie streaming site and all of a sudden my phone froze, I restared it but it froze mid boot up, so I turned it off and on, restarted it, anything to try to get it to turn on. once it finally turned on it would just shut down randomly or freeze again, the next time I got it to boot up I tried to factory reset it, i initialized the reset and it started to turn on but froze again. so i turned it off and now it wont do anything, when I plug it in the charge light comes on but that's it. I plugged it into the computer and the computer just said alcatel single RNDIS interface #3, not alcatel one touch idol x 6040D like it did before all this happened. I unplugged the battery overnight but that didn't work either. I don't know what to do
