Help Xperia backup & reset

Hi guys... I'm looking for help

I have been trying to back my phone up using the backup & reset tab in settings

It's using Xperia backup & reset and I chose to back it up toy Google account (which my Google drive had 90GB free)

My photos are set up to backup to drive separately

I am backing up everything else on the phone

But!!! It keeps saying that my storage is full and fails to backup my conversations and apps

Does anyone known what's going on?

There aren't many conversations or apps on this new phone

Hi.

I've just had a quick play and everything backed up online ok. I think that option to backup to Google is just your standard auto backup which is available on any Android phone. So even though backup to Google is selected when you do a manual backup via Xperia backup it'll use the default Xperia backup location which is the phones memory. If you go to manual backup and select your email address in "Where to store files" everything should get backed up to Sony
